Sheila Udall MA – Director and Principal Consultant
Sheila is an experienced coach, facilitator and consultant with a unique breadth and depth of experience in both the public and private sectors and a reputation for working collaboratively and ethically with both clients and colleagues. Her current focus is on developing Working Well™ – a strategy and process for enabling organisations to be F.I.T. for business.
Her key areas of expertise include
• leadership development (including co-facilitating international programmes)
• coaching and mentoring (for enhanced performance and career transition)
• culture change (projects to embed new relationships and ways of working)
• feedback-based personal development (using tools such as 360° and MBTI)
She has also co-authored three books and a number of articles and is passionate about supporting people to identify and play to their strengths, and working with managers to develop their own style and skills to make the most of the multiplicity of talents that we can all bring to our work. Her natural curiosity and enthusiasm underpins a style which has a unique blend of warmth and challenge, responsiveness and structure.
She has an MA in Organisational Psychology, a post graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University and is an active member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also an accredited IOEE business mentor and member of the Federation of Small Businesses.
